Senior Banquet 2009 Prep Work

This is the center piece for the tables, without the grass in them yet.

These are awesome topiaries that my in-laws bought for me from a rummage sale!

These are the yellow matching flowers, the one on the left is the corsage and the one of the right is the boutonniere.



These are the pink ones, same as above, corsage on the left and boutonniere on the right



So I need to know what people think about these, I know they are fake but are they ok otherwise? I haven't added the silver ribbon yet, and these are all pin ons, no wrist ones. Thanks for the impute!

Well I was finally well enough to drive a little ways, I hit Wal-Mart and KMart, two stores I stay away from at all costs. But here are the awesome deals I got!




This all cost me $50 at first, after coupons which were doubled, I got it all for $4.79




Everything here cost me $10! Sweet!

Seth went shopping for me, due to the fact that I still can't go out. So he went to Wal-Mart and got all 37 items for $34.71 or $36.76 with tax. Here is the list

• 1 thing of Nestle Ready to bake cookies--Oatmeal Rasin
  
• 3 pouches of Betty Crocker Mix--Peanut butter, Oatmeal, and Chocolate Chip
• 5 large containers of Pace Salsa (Seth's goes through this stuff fast)
• 1 Pack of Schick 12 disposable razors
• 2 boxes of Reduced Sugar Pillsbury cake mix--white and yellow
• 1 Kraft Ranch Dressing
• 1Ken's Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
• Johnson's Baby Lotion
• 2 Aveeno lotions
• 2 Suave lotions
• 4 Mens Gillette Shampoo's
• 1 large white onion
• 3 bags of Sugar free Turtles
• 2 boxes of Chocolate Fudge Fiber One poptarts
• 2 can's of Dole Pineapple Chunks in juice
• 1 can of Dole Pineapple Slices in Heavy Syrup
• 2 boxes of Wet One's Fresh'n Flush

The subtotal was $86.41 so a savings of........drum roll please.........$51.70. Mother dearest, even you can be proud of that!

Gas to drive to store: $2
Notebook with deals written in it: $10
Husband who spent 2 hours shopping: Priceless

Here the cat is looking into the hole, the hole that is there due to, I am guessing, plumbing issues since the tub is right behind it. Mind you the cat doesn't have plumbing issues that we know of, the tub does.

What you may think is your worst nightmare is really a friend in disguise.
